By downloading, installing, or using Simplify VPN ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App is a VPN client that allows you to connect to proxy servers using the Xray protocol. The App provides the client software only. You are responsible for providing and configuring your own server connections.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws
- Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not use the App to transmit harmful, threatening, or abusive content
- Take responsibility for all activity conducted through VPN connections you establish
- Provide your own server configurations and ensure you have authorization to use those servers
4. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- The VPN connections will be secure, fast, or reliable
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- Any defects will be corrected
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.
6. Intellectual Property
The App uses the Xray-core library which is licensed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0. All other components of the App are the property of their respective owners.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and included in future App updates. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. All locally stored data will be removed when the App is uninstalled.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
